Stelrad Group plc has officially launched a range of Hudevad radiators on stelrad.com/trade alongside its traditional offering to the UK.
Hudevad joined Stelrad Group plc seven years ago. The brand offers additional premium radiator offerings and is regularly specified by architects and consulting engineers as it represents the best of Scandinavian design combined with outstanding heating performance.
Hudevad has been a popular choice of radiator since 1938. The Danish brand offers high quality and long-lasting radiators that are known across Europe for their sleek and functional aesthetics. The brand has long been associated with distinctive and innovative heating solutions.
With the strategic intention of increasing its presence in the European designer radiator market, Stelrad acquired Hudevad back in 2018. Hudevad Radiator Design is the name of this relatively new Stelrad Group plc subsidiary employing around 40 people in Ribe, Denmark and the UK.
Hudevad is a premium radiator brand, regularly specified by architects and consulting engineers and represents the best of Scandinavian design combined with outstanding heating performance.
Although Hudevad Radiator Design is a new Stelrad Group plc company, two key ingredients have not changed: the people and the location.
Led by Jesper Friis, formerly Head of Sales & Marketing at Ribe Jernindustri A/S, the Hudevad team is an experienced group representing the majority of those who previously worked for Ribe Jernindustri, ensuring the best possible continuity for its customers.
With the exception of steel panel radiators, manufacturing in the Ribe facility will continue. Stelrad has introduced its own Stelrad branded steel panel radiators into the Danish market, giving distributors, installers and contractors access to one of the most extensive product ranges in Europe.
Stelrad was delighted to add such a prestigious brand and unique range of designs to its expanding portfolio of designer radiators. Future investment in Hudevad will further develop the brand’s reputation for creative design solutions and high-quality engineering, adding further value to Stelrad and its customers.
This new development sees limited access to the Hudevad product range available from stelrad.com/trade. Specifically, the Hudevad P5 horizontal, in K1, K2 and K3 options and K2 vertical models encapsulates the unique embossed Scandinavian design from Hudevad. These radiators are not only attractive but are robust and durable. Superbly manufactured with a superior finish, the 2mm steel thickness pressed fascia frames the designer flat front panel.
Available in 62 different models, they add another elegant range to our already desirable range of high heat output steel panel radiators.
