As more and more building and facilities managers want longer guarantees, as well as annual servicing – especially as service and inspection will become mandatory under the Energy Performance of Buildings EU Directive – the inclusion of the first year service on the Ultramax WM has been welcomed.
Additionally, the full guarantee and annual service can be extended with one of MHS Boilers’ exceptionally good value maintenance and service packages. So now building services managers can rest easy in the knowledge that their boilers will have the best possible start in life.
The Ultramax WM range of wall mounted gas fired condensing boilers from MHS Boilers sets new benchmarks in power for appliances of their type. There are five models available with outputs of 45, 65, 85, 100 or 120KW. The high outputs from wall mounted boilers means that valuable floor space can be utilised for other purposes – keeping plant room space requirement to a maximum.
