Allen Martin Conservation has contributed to the Excellent BREEAM rating of Coleg Llandrillo, Wales with its Eco range of energy management systems.
Monitoring of energy usage and control throughout the 51,937sq ft Marine and Built Environmental Centre is provided through the British designed Ecohub intelligent building management system to deliver maximum occupancy comfort conditions at the lowest possible energy cost.
Visual monitoring is via Ecoview, a unique feature built into the latest Eco range. Live and historical utility meter readings can be displayed in both text and graphical format and no software needs to be installed as the information is viewed and displayed in a standard web browser.
Ecoview can be displayed in multiple locations at once throughout a building which range from a desktop PC to a very large screen mounted in reception so that all of the building occupants can be aware of their effect on the environment. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual energy consumption can be displayed along with live calculations showing carbon footprint data and the amount of CO2 produced.
