Belimo Energy Valve- BCIA Awards 2013 Winner
Belimo Automation UK Ltd has been awarded with the BCIA ‘Technical Innovation of the Year – Products’ 2013 Award for their Energy Valve on Thursday 9 May at the BCIA Awards Gala Dinner.
The unique Energy Valve combines five functions, hydraulic balancing, air bubble-tight shut off, pressure-independent flow control, permanent volumetric flow measurement and energy monitoring.
The consumption values of the water circulations are recorded and saved, available for call up at any time for 13 months. You can view these values on-site per laptop via the Web server integrated in the actuator or via the management system.
Installation costs are low, all in one rapid, simple installation. Hydraulic balancing is considerably simplified, taking one person less than one minute per line. Operating costs are reduced, saving through energy transparency, through pressure independence and through air bubble-tightness.
