New from Doby Verrolec is a Circular Flange System purpose designed for fast, efficient connection of sections of circular and spiral ductwork.
Circular ductwork now accounts for nearly half of all the ducting used in Britain’s air conditioning and ventilation systems. With on site time increasingly at a premium, contractors have sought a quicker, easier alternative to RSA Flanges for connecting circular lengths.
Now Doby Verrolec, which leads Europe in the design and manufacture of duct jointing systems, has devised a solution for circular ducts from 200mm to 2-0m. Models are available for pressure classes A, B and C.
The VerroLoc Circular Flange System not only reduces fabrication and installation time – particularly in confined spaces – it’s also gives a better seal and ensures that ductwork is easier to clean and maintain.
Designed specifically for straight seamed or spirally wound ductwork, the VerroLoc Circular Flange System comprises twin flange profiles. The profiles are manufactured to match standard duct sizes.
Each flange profile is supplied complete with an integral sealant, which provides an airtight connection when properly fitted to the end of the duct section.
