Designed for flexibility in commercial HVAC applications
Developed for commercial HVAC applications, the new large linear actuator range has been designed to support a broad selection of system requirements while helping to simplify specification and product selection. Available in 500 N, 600 N and 1800 N variants, the range has been engineered to work across a wide variety of commercial heating and cooling applications.
Flexibility is built into the range through a combination of force options, stroke lengths, supply voltages and control configurations, enabling consultants and specifiers to select an actuator suited to individual project requirements. Adjustable running times and configurable characteristic curves also provide additional options when tailoring performance to specific applications.
At the heart of each actuator is a microprocessor-based control system designed to support precise valve positioning and control. A modular design approach means selected models can replace multiple products from previous portfolios, helping to reduce complexity when specifying, procuring and managing commercial HVAC components.
The range is suitable for applications including air handling units, heat interface units, heat exchange stations, and mixing and injection circuits. For selected models, available accessories include auxiliary switching, feedback and control options, and an energy module that can move the actuator to a predefined emergency position in the event of a power failure.

While the large linear actuator range will be a key attraction for visitors, the Resideo stand will also demonstrate the breadth of the company’s commercial HVAC and water management portfolio.
Visitors will be able to explore solutions designed to support effective sensing, control and system management across a variety of building types. Technologies on display will include commercial water management products, pressure reducing valves, lead-free filters*, thermal balancing solutions and backflow prevention technologies, together with a range of connected control systems.
Among the smart heating controls on display will be the award-winning Honeywell Home evohome system, recently named Heating Product of the Year at the ASCP Awards 2026. The system enables control of up to 12 individual temperature zones, helping users tailor comfort by zone and manage energy use. It will be showcased alongside the Honeywell Home T6R, which includes features such as geofencing, hot water control and compatibility with selected smart home platforms, as listed in the current product specification.
