The Concrete Society has announced that on-line registration is now available for Evolving Concrete, their debut exhibition and professional seminar event, being held at The Building Design Centre, Angel Islington, London on May 6th-7th.
Michael Collins, Head of Membership said: “We wanted to make it easier for members and non-members alike to join us at this debut event. VIP Registration emails will be sent to all members first. They will be able to register their attendance directly from a link in the email. Non-members will find the on-line registration system just as easy at our dedicated website: www.evolving-concrete.org.uk.”
Evolving Concrete has been organised in response to requests from both The Concrete Society’s members and non-members to manage an exhibition demonstrating the best the industry has to offer, alongside topical, impartial, and unbiased technical seminars on subject matters affecting the industry. The event will build on The Society’s reputation for providing independent technical advice, support and training for consultants, designers, specifiers, architects and contractors.
The Concrete Society is an independent, not for profit organisation and all proceeds from this event will be channelled back into services and benefits for the concrete industry. This is an event run ‘for the Industry by the Industry’. Support is given from many educational and institutional establishments, including the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Institute of Quarrying and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Organisations are also very keen to support Evolving Concrete and Michael Collins is also pleased to report that the 1500m2 of stand space at the venue is selling well to such organisations including, PERI, David Bull Group plc, BASF and Hope Construction Materials.
