Powrmatic launches HEM range
Powrmatic has launched an improved range of gas fired heat exchange modules, following an increase in demand from the air handling and process heating markets.
Designated HEM, the range is available in two configurations HEM-NV and HEM-SL. Both offer a range of unitary outputs, using tried and tested tube technology heat exchangers similar to those deployed in the company’s popular NVx gas unit heater range.
The HEM-NV range incorporates fifteen models with outputs from 10kW – 200kW whilst the HEM-SL offers seven outputs from 30kW – 200kW. Increased outputs can be achieved by the application of multiple units arranged in either tandem or banked configuration. Each unit can be specified for on/off, high/low or modulating gas input rates, with output ratios further enhanced in multi-unit configurations.
Depending on application, customers can specify aluminised or stainless steel heat exchangers. All flue collector boxes are manufactured from stainless steel and equipped with a condensate drain
Units can be installed within horizontal or vertical airflows and arranged for ‘flue only’ or sealed combustion circuit room-sealed mode.
