Experienced carbon data analyst and sustainability resilience expert, Katie Brockwell, has joined TEAM’s Energy Consultancy as part of their move to expand their certification and compliance service offering, and meet customers growing carbon efficiency needs.

Brockwell will work alongside TEAM’s customers to analyse and provide energy and sustainability insights, and support in the delivery of the business’ Energy Services, including Greenhouse Gas Reporting (GHG), Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme (ESOS).

As an experienced carbon data analyst, Katie is passionate about helping organisations cut down their energy consumption and working with them to optimise their GHG data and promote open and transparent emissions reporting. With previous experience in the energy sector, Katie’s knowledge on low carbon and clean energy has led her to supporting on a number of renewable energy projects, energy innovation and start-up projects.

Commenting on Brockwell’s appointment, Tim Holman, head of operations at TEAM said, “One of our key focuses for the coming year is helping our customers as they work towards their organisation’s sustainability targets. We are delighted that Katie has joined us to support our customers by providing insights on their energy data, so they can meet important carbon emissions and sustainability targets. Brockwell is experienced in publishing research projects on clean energy in sustainable coffee production and exploring the effects of climate change in developing countries. This knowledge and enthusiasm for reducing carbon emissions makes her a great addition to TEAM’s Energy Consultancy.

Her appointment comes at a time when the business is broadening their suite of Energy Services to better support organisations in achieving their energy and sustainability targets, including new Metering and Available Supply Capacity services. These solutions compliment TEAM’s range of existing services, including Greenhouse Gas Reporting (GHG)Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) and the Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), which help organisations meet compliance and cut their carbon emissions.
