Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy, London
A 3 year contract for M&E Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive callout.
Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy in Hackney is a Grade II listed, former French Hospital building which has operated as a school since 1949. In September 2014 the Academy was remodelled to better accommodate teaching requirements, re-house the school’s library and convert the former chapel to a multi-functional drama space. Kershaw Mechanical Services’ Major Projects division undertook the full M&E installation on the project.
Subsequently, as a result of formal tender, Kershaw’s Service and Maintenance division secured a three year maintenance contract directly with the Academy to maintain all its building services. Technical services provision includes:

Marshall Motor Group, Nationwide
A 2 year contact for Mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive callout.
Kershaw Mechanical Services undertakes the full Mechanical maintenance for the Marshall Motor Group on a national basis covering the whole of the UK. This equates to a total of 71 franchise dealerships representing 25 manufacturing brands including Audi, BMW, Ford and Volkswagen. Marshall Motor Group is a Top 10, UK motor dealer group with a turnover in excess of £1bn per annum.
Predominantly responsible for managing all of Marshall’s Mechanical assets, Kershaw prides itself on providing a flexible approach, thereby offering and undertaking far more than is within the remit of their core contractual obligations. Service provision includes:

The Army Reserve
A 4 year contract for HVAC Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive callout.
Formerly known as the TA (Territorial Army), The Army Reserve is the volunteer reserve force of the British Army. The reservists are made up of soldiers from all walks of life who work part-time as soldiers alongside full-time soldiers from the British Army.
Kershaw currently undertakes the Mechanical maintenance to 11 sites within Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex including Peterborough, Cambridge, Luton, Hitchin, Kempston, Hertford and Harlow.
Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out on an annual basis to all of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at each site. Kershaw provides a robust callout rota ensuring that any reactive calls are also managed under this contract, responding within two hours as a standard basis. Technical services provision includes:
