Osotspa in Thailand manufactures Shark energy drinks (over three million drinks a day) and exports throughout the region.  Like many manufacturing companies they have been badly hit by rising energy prices as well as environmental pressures.

In July this year Osotspa installed a Fueltron manufactured by the Berkshire based Technology Company Fluid Dynamics. Osotspa were naturally a little sceptical of the product which uses a very strong magnetic field to affect fuel particles to improve combustion.  But they installed the patent applied for product and very carefully monitored results. The results were that they achieved just in excess of 7% fuel saving using the Fueltron and as a result anticipate a pay back within a year and are about to place re orders to protect other boilers in their plant.

Totally separately Unilever in Argentina were also trialling a Fueltron on one of their gas fired drying towers. They too have experienced significant fuel savings by using the Fueltron and have placed orders for a total of four Fueltron in Argentina and one in Ecuador. Unilever plants throughout Latin America have been recommended to install this UK designed technology on their boilers and other gas fired appliances

The Fueltron is shown here as the red pipe on the gas inlet to the boiler. It is very simple to install, has no moving parts and needs no electricity to operate.
