Fläkt Woods ties the knot

Two of the biggest names in the ventilation industry have come together with the signing of an exclusive joint venture agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Fläkt Woods is now the sole UK distributor for the ebm-papst range of short cased and plate mounted axial fans.

ebm-papst UK Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Europe’s largest motor and fan manufacturer. The German company has nearly half a century of research and development of fan technology and manufacture, and is the biggest investor in developing innovative products designed specifically for the HVAC customers.

Fläkt Woods is a leading European manufacturer of ventilation and air conditioning equipment, including adjustable pitch axial fans, air handling units and chilled beams. In the UK the company has well-established relationships with leading M&E consultants and contractors, and a national network of Express Distributors, providing ebm-papst with an ideal route to market for its complementary range of building services products.
