The ACR Show returns to the NEC, Birmingham, from February 16-18, 2016. And the all-new show is expanding to include ventilation, heating and heat pumps.

Visitors can see the latest innovations in refrigeration and be kept up to date with new legislation and trends. Experts will also be on hand to discuss CO2 and ammonia systems as well as the growing pool of other low GWP refrigerants.

The Institute of Refrigeration has pledged its support for the event. The Institute’s event manager, Lisa Waters said: “The exhibition will offer fantastic networking opportunities that will bring together members of the IOR, Service Engineers Section and the Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Institute. We are looking forward to meeting you there.”

Air conditioning brings together a number of sectors to create systems for cooling spaces from the small domestic to the large commercial and industrial. Ventilation, fans, coolers and humidification all generate products in their own right, and are each represented at the ACR Show, but it’s when they come together that they form the innovative, energy efficient air conditioning systems that will be the highlight of the show.

The show will include an industry-leading seminar programme across the three main theatres, with further opportunities for companies to run their own seminars in mini theatres.

Toshiba Carrier is sponsoring the Training & Careers Theatre. General Manager, David Dunn, said: “Toshiba Carrier is delighted to be sponsoring the Training and Careers Theatre. We believe training is vital to maintain and enhance professional standards across the industry and secure its future.”

The ACR Show’s sales and sponsorship manager Karena Cooper added: “The ACR Show is the UK’s most influential commercial event for consultants, specifiers, contractors, engineers, installers and end users. If you’re in the HVACR industry, this is the event for you.”

The ACR Show is also supported by FETA, the British Refrigeration Association (BFA), Heat Pump Association (HPA) and Refcom Elite with additional partnerships to be announced in due course.
